Comfort and Hope!
Thank you SLEEP TIGHT!
Most of us know how comforting it feels to crawl into a pair of our favourite pajamas, settle in for the night and look forward to what the next day will bring. But here in our community, there are people who have very few nights like that.
When we called upon Sleep Tight founder and leader Meaghan Martin, she didn’t hesitate to help by offering pj’s and some small packages for the women at our Anselma House and Haven House shelters. Her dedication to women that she has never even met is admirable and we are so grateful for this local campaign and it’s awareness and encouragement.
Because of the SLEEP TIGHT campaign and it’s supporters, each woman in our shelters will have a comfy pair of pjs to help with a good night’s sleep.
Thank you to everyone who supports the SLEEP TIGHT campaign by donating new PJs and by raising awareness of issues like human trafficking and domestic abuse.
