Here at WCSWR, we are committed to providing services to all individuals in a manner which removes barriers and ensures our services are accessible. To ensure that we are providing services to persons with disabilities in a manner that is barrier free we are happy to comply with the Ontario Regulation 429/07 Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and it’s related standards.
Customer Service Standard
We are committed to improving accessibility for our clients with disabilities. To that end we have established policies and procedures required under the Customer Service Standard. These documents are available by requesting them from our main office located at 700 Heritage Drive, Kitchener, Ontario. We will provide these documents in a manner that takes into account a disability a person may have.
